The Hotel, which was constructed under scope of Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics, is located at Imeretinsky Valley of Sochi at the seaside. The Hotel has 9 floors and one technical floor. 8 luxury cottages, which are located in the Hotel area, also a part of the project. 508 rooms in the Hotel consist of standard, junior and executive suite rooms.
