Two-storey building with 40 bedrooms each including 2 beds. Total construction area is 5.100 m². The net area of the hotel rooms is 1306 m². The facilities are a health center, an indoor swimming pool, a conference hall, a mini market and a restaurant with baquet hall.

Indoor sport center
Single storey building with a mezzanine level. Total construction area is 1.724 m². The facilities are a tennis court, 2 squash courts, an aerobic hall, a fitness center, 2 massage rooms, a table tennis room, a vitamin bar, a fire place corner, 2 billiards and a sports shop.

Riding club and stables
Single-storey building with a mezzanine level. Total construction area is 560 m². The building includes stables for 8 horses.

Restoration of the existing restaurant building
Two-storey building with 1050 m² usable area. The restaurant section is for 60 people. It includes a bar for 28 people. The building has also an 8 rooms hotel.
