Urban housing construction works comprises construction of 510 housing units, on site infrastructure, 2 commercial centers (with 146 shops), 1 primary school (for 480 students) and 1 telecom building.

Structural and finishing works, mechanical and electrical works, engineering systems, infrastructure works including sewer network, rain water drainage, drinking water network, roadways, outdoor lighting and landscaping works covering the scope of the project.
