Turn-key project. Structural and finishing works, mechanical works, electrical works, engineering systems, outdoor lighting and landscaping.

Within the project, there are 33 housing blocks. The types of the buildings are as follows:

• 4 are 15 storey blocks with total construction area of 30.432 m²
• 10 are 5 storey buildings with total construction area of 8.605 m²
• 19 are 5 storey buildings with total construction area of 24.286 m²

Total number of housing units are 467.

The project also includes the roads, pavements, retaining walls, mechanical galleries, landscaping and outdoor lighting of the 54.000 m² area in which the blocks shall be situated.
