During the past decade, Erimtan Consulting Contracting Trade Inc., or EMT, has become a recognized name in Turkey and abroad in the field of general contracting, project consulting, and trade.

EMT's construction and contracting activities include a wide spectrum of construction projects in Turkey and abroad. EMT specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial building construction, mechanical and electrical erections, treatment plant construction, and energy development. Completed building projects cumulatively comprise more than 470,000 square meters with a contract value exceeding US$260 million. Ongoing construction projects consist of an area of about 205,350 square meters and hold a contract value of about US$ 96 million.

In addition to those projects mentioned above, The General Directorate of the Turkish State Hydraulic Works contracted EMT to develop the Manavgat River Water Supply Project in Turkey. The project holds a contract value of US$124 million and brings together EMT's expertise in wide ranging fields such as hydro-engineering, project management and project finance.

EMT also represents in Turkey several international companies in the import and export of goods and materials as well as providing consulting services to clients worldwide.

Mr. Yuksel Erimtan is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EMT.

My partners and I established EMT in 1990. Within a decade, EMT has established itself as a well-respected firm in the fields of general contracting, consulting, and trade. This and the fact that the firm's operations and revenues have grown exponentially within a relatively short span of time, however, are not a result of coincidences.

We cumulatively bring to EMT a half century of extensive domestic and international expertise in construction, project financing, and infrastructure development. Ongoing and completed projects illustrated in this site are testimony to the principles on which EMT was founded: complete the project within time, resource, and budget constraints and deliver its key to the utmost satisfaction of the client.

We look forward to manage EMT's steady expansion by maintaining the reliability and trust its name instills in Turkey and abroad.

That's why, in addition to the high level of ability represented by the group as a whole, each of our teams is headed by a manager carefully selected to oversee the entire project. The team manager is the client's carefully identified point of contact and is responsible for handling all issues affecting the project carry out.

For client satisfaction and safety EMT carries these capabilities through development, engineering, procurement, construction, project and program management, site maintenance and budget control.
